Yes, I offer a mix of in-person and video visits. Although telehealth visits are a preferred modality nowadays, regular in-person visits are required, conducted at my Pasadena office.
Currently, my practice is for patients located in California at the time of the visit. However, I also hold a Nevada medical license so I am able to see a patient who is temporarily in Nevada.
I do not take insurance but can provide you with a Superbill for services paid that you can give to your health insurance, for possible reimbursement.
Initial appointments are $1200 for 90 to 120 minutes, while follow-ups are generally $500 for 45 to 60 minutes. Discounts and pre-paid follow-up packages are offered on a time-limited and case-by-case basis.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise a 33% late cancellation fee applies, or higher for no-shows.
